Whether you’re a first-time enquirer or an established customer, this page is designed to answer the questions we hear most often — from lead times and shipping to accreditations, samples, and everything in between. Typical lead time is 5–7 working days, depending on order size and stock availability. For EU customers, orders are fulfilled from our dedicated facility in Warka, Poland, keeping border delays to a minimum.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier selected — UPS standard service is typically next-day, while pallet deliveries can take up to 3 working days.
For specific lead time estimates on your order, please get in touch with the sales team or request a quote directly from any product page.

We ship globally, from manufacturing sites in both the UK and EU. Whether you’re based in Europe, Asia, North America, or elsewhere, we can supply you.
Our pricing includes delivery as standard, but we can also accommodate Ex-Works (EXW) and Cost and Freight (CFR) arrangements if preferred. Contact the team for country-specific shipping queries or to discuss terms.

Our standard minimum order quantities are as follows:

Essential oils: 1kg

Carrier oils, butters, waxes, and exfoliants: 5kg

MOQs for other product types are discussed as part of the quoting process, and we work with businesses of all sizes and scales. If you’re unsure whether your volumes are a fit, reach out to the sales team and we’ll find the right solution for you.

We do not publish standard price lists — all of our pricing is bespoke and based on the specific product, volume, and requirements of each enquiry. To receive a quote, please get in touch with our sales team with the product K-code and the volume you’re interested in, and they’ll get back to you promptly.

For UK-based customers and customers in the rest of the world ordering from our UK facility, no VAT number is required.
For European customers ordering from our Poland facility, we do require customers to be VIES registered, in line with Polish tax regulations. If you’re unsure whether this applies to your business, please get in touch with the sales team.

These include ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), BRCGS Start!, HACCP (food safety), USDA NOP Organic, RSPO (Certified Sustainable Palm Oil), KOSHER, Halal Certification Organisation (HCO), FDA Facility Registration, and COSMOS Approved and COSMOS Certified — including COSMOS Certified for our Poland facility. We are also accredited by the Soil Association, meaning our organic ingredient range — from cold-pressed, refined, and essential oils to absolutes, waters, butters, waxes, and exfoliants — is held to the highest possible standard.

You can view all our accreditations at oand3.com/sustainability/accreditation.

You can request a sample directly from any product page using the sample request form. We try to fulfil as many sample requests as possible, but we’ll need to take a few details to ensure you qualify — including an understanding of your likely order quantities — so have a rough idea of your requirements in mind before you apply.
Please note that charges may apply to some sample requests; our sales team will advise you of any costs at the time of your enquiry.

Sustainability is central to everything we do at O&3. Our sustainability initiative revolves around three pillars: People, Planet, and Process. We work closely with local communities, setting up farming cooperatives and offering fair compensation — empowering underserved communities to invest in essential infrastructure. Our suppliers share our commitment to biodiversity, conservation, and eco-friendly harvesting practices. We’re also pioneers in cold-pressed oils with a zero-waste and upcycled product range.
