  • Personal Assistant to Directors

    We are a young, dynamic manufacturing business looking for energetic & enthusiastic colleagues to join our team in Ripon. This role in particular will involve working with the three Company Founders, two based in Ripon, one in the USA, assisting them with their administration, travel & diary requirements.

    It is fundamental you have experience in working closely with business leaders & are comfortable multi-tasking daily. This may involve answering the telephone, managing diaries, arranging meetings, responding to correspondence, organising events & booking travel plans. Albeit infrequent, with the travel & cross-continent exposure of the Company there may be some out-of-hours comms. for which you will have a Company mobile & laptop. However, given this there is some flexibility to allow for regular home-working if helpful to the candidate.

    You will be working alongside a friendly & experienced Crew, several who have worked with the Directors for many years, & will assist you in settling in quickly & learning how this family like to work.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Previous experience of personal assistant, executive assistant, secretary or event management is imperative to the success of this role as well as very strong computer literacy. Other than that we can teach you the rest!

  • Stock Control Assistant

    We are a young, dynamic manufacturing business looking for energetic & enthusiastic colleagues to join our team in Ripon full-time. This role will involve working in the goods-in & goods-out zones, managing the stock as it enters & leaves the O&3 facilities as well as controlling the batch numbers used by the operatives fulfilling the orders.

    You will be working alongside an experienced Crew Lead in stock management which as well as physically moving product, will also require you to handle it on our SAP platform via laptops & handheld devices.
