Our Polish factory leads the way in the EU

If you work in product development, buying or formulations in our wonderful world of oils, and have a presence in Europe, then this blog is for you.  As we continue to grow our global presence, we want to remind you of one of our latest European initiatives, a new, state-of-the-art factory in Poland, which is open to service our EU customers.

It’s fair to say that we have all been through some challenging times in the last 18 months, both professionally and personally.

As a business we have lived through the implications of Brexit as well as the incredibly challenging global pandemic. But as we prove time and time again, nothing is going to stand in the way of us bringing you the highest quality oils from across the world.

Welcome to O&3 Polaska

We were absolutely delighted to open our new 35,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in Poland in January 2021, a European platform that allows us to fully service our EU and global clients. It has been built to food grade standards and includes office facilities for the O&3 Crew.

This was a huge milestone in our history and thanks to the hard work and determination of our O&3 Crew, we were able to open the new factory, even in these most challenging circumstances. However now that it is possible, many of our UK staff are regularly visiting the Poland site to offer their support and our Head of Production has relocated to Poland to support the production team in their rapid growth. With a Polish-based logistics and finance team, we are fully set up in both the UK and Europe to support our customers’ needs.

If you’re reading this and asking yourself, why Poland?, it’s an easy one to answer. Our long-standing sales office made this the perfect choice for our new warehouse. Geographically, Poland is ideally placed in Europe, with excellent transport connections to all the European countries and is one of the biggest growing economies in eastern Europe.

With stock of over 900 products, organic certification and a European Crew to fulfil all our customers’ needs across Europe and beyond, we are ideally placed to keep moving the business forward.

We can support your European Business

There are many different ways that the O&3 Crew can support your European business, since we opened our factory in Poland. We have been undeterred by the challenges that Brexit has posed, rising to them again and again to continue to provide everything our customers need.

Here are just a few of the ways we can help:

Meeting your short deadlines with our reduced lead time of 3-5 days within Europe

Removing hassle at border controls

Providing access to a wide range of raw materials

Offering an ever-expanding choice of quality oil products

Providing access to stock that reflects that of the UK facility to provide a seamless offering wherever you are based

With decades of experience and expertise in the wholesale natural oil business, we produce and package a wide range of innovative, natural oil ingredients. Alongside Jennifer and Eleanor, my siblings and co-founders, we have been determined to open our doors to the world and as we have always said, we see no borders in what we do.

Whether you are a start-up, a small business or a huge corporation, our Crew values every KG of our oil that you invest in.

With best regards for a healthy autumn ahead,

Thomas
