Is O&3 still open for business?
Yes, we absolutely are still open and have remained so throughout the pandemic. We are constantly reviewing government guidelines to ensure we comply with restrictions to keep our workforce as safe as we can and to service our customers worldwide.

Has the order process changed?

What are O&3’s opening hours for collections & deliveries?
To enable all our Crew to work safely, within the government guidelines, we are operating a strict shift pattern. However you can book your delivery or collection in with our Logistics Crew between 8am & 4pm on Monday to Friday. To do this please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone switchboard on +44 1765 522120.
Can I still pay for an order via credit card?
Yes, you can. Please either email our Finance Crew asking for a call back to make a payment (be sure to detail the sales order number you wish to pay) on email@example.com or telephone switchboard & ask to be transferred to them (+44 1765 522120).
What lead times can I expect during the Covid-19 pandemic?
Unfortunately it is somewhat inevitable that there will be delays in despatch – not only due to the restrictions our Operations Crews are now required to adhere to across our warehouses, but also due to the delays with our incoming raw materials due to many countries working with tighter border restrictions.
Is O&3 still delivering internationally?
Yes we are. Our Poland Crew & US Crew are still working hard to service our customers across the globe as best we can, so as such our logistics operations are largely continuing as normal. However, we are seeing delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place. If you want to discuss a delivery to your country or understand if your address will pose an issue please contact our Logistics Crew directly firstname.lastname@example.org.

Should I be concerned about touching or working with an O&3 order?
No, not at all. We are constantly reviewing the Public Health England information updates to ensure our working practises are compliant.
How are you supporting the NHS or helping those less fortunate than the O&3 Crew right now?
We have already done an O&3 collection for donations to our local Food Bank in Ripon. We have also imported 40,000 face masks from Asia for our frontline staff in the care homes across North Yorkshire. Wherever possible we are trying hard to do our part.
