Is O&3 open for business?
Yes, we absolutely are still open. We are working hard, within the government restrictions of course, to service our customers all over the world as best we can.
How do I place an order?
As per the normal process, please either send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your Sales Crew directly via our switchboard & they can transfer you +44 1765 522120. Otherwise of course you can email your Sales Crew directly.
What are O&3’s opening hours for collections & deliveries?
Although we are working a skeleton shift pattern, you can still book your delivery or collection in with our Logistics Crew between 8am & 4pm on Monday to Friday. To do please either email email@example.com or telephone switchboard on +44 1765 522120.
Can I still pay for an order via credit card?
Yes, you can. Please either email our Finance Crew asking for a call back to make a payment (be sure to detail the sales order number you wish to pay) on firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone switchboard & ask to be transferred +44 1765 522120.
What lead times can I expect during the Covid-19 pandemic?
Inevitably there are delays in our despatch time frames, not only due to the limitations the government restrictions have on our Ops Crews’ working environments across our warehouses, but also down to the delays with our incoming raw materials due to many countries now having border restrictions.
Is O&3 still delivering internationally?
Yes we are. Our Poland Crew & US Crew are still working hard to service our customers across the globe as best we can, so as such our logistics operations are largely continuing as normal. However, we are seeing delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place. If you want to discuss a delivery to your country or understand if you address will pose an issue please contact our Logistics Crew directly email@example.com.

Should I be concerned about touching or working with an O&3 order?
No, not at all. Public Health England has said that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from items or packages.
How are you supporting the NHS or helping those less fortunate than the O&3 Crew right now?
We have already done an O&3 collection for donations to our local Food Bank in Ripon & were humbled to be able to deliver that last Friday 3 April.
Next on our agenda is to import 40,000 face masks from Asia for our frontline staff in the care homes across North Yorkshire in response to a call for assistance from North Yorkshire County Council at the end of March. Wherever possible we are trying hard to do our part.
